I am here to help!
If you are like most people, you might be trying to deal with your problems ineffectively by avoiding or “numbing” your uncomfortable feelings. Some of the most common ways people do this include: throwing themselves into work and avoiding problems at home; turning excessively to food, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, casual sex; spending excessively, gambling, the Internet, and having affairs.
I will work with you as a coach would to develop coping skills and new insights into your problems using the well researched, effective methods of cognitive-behavioral therapy. We will identify your perceptions of your past, present, and future as well as your view of the world around you and link it to your present thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Many of these perceptions are at the root of depression, anxiety, addictions, and relationship problems. I am solution focused; therefore, we address your most important issues.
Not everyone can afford or even wants to spend months or years in therapy. I maximize our session time by giving you mutually agreed upon readings and "real-world" assignments to do at home to practice what we discuss in session. I work with you to become empowered and armed with practical tools to help you deal more effectively with your problems. My personal style is very warm, easy going, light-hearted, and respectful.

I-90 East to I-271 South. Follow Directions as above.
FROM SOUTHEAST (Solon, Aurora, Twinsburg):
I-422 East to I 271 North exit Wilson Mills Right and Left on SOM Center (Rte 91) Georgian Center is on the left.
FROM SOUTHWEST (Parma, BrookPark, Aiport area, North Olmstead):
I-480 East to I 271 North and as below.
FROM SOUTH (Bedford, Beachwood, Richmond Heights):
