Are you struggling to find a balance in your life? Overcome by emotions that you don't know how to handle? I would like to help. My practice includes psychotherapy and supportive counseling for individuals and couples struggling with a variety of issues. I have a gentle yet straight-forward approach that allows us to work on striking a balance between current stressors and earlier life events.
We can work towards finding that balance to help you start living the life you desire. I will work to create a supportive environment by listening and focusing treatment to your current needs. I enjoy my work and find each person brings a unique perspective to therapy. My job is to work with you to improve your life in the way that you feel most comfortable.
I have experience working with a wide variety of issues in my practice including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, LGBT concerns, grief and loss. Additionally, I have training and expertise working with aging issues such as: caregiving, dementia, chronic illnesses, and pain management.
