If you are anxious, depressed, dealing with grief and loss or relationship issues, or are feeling stuck about solving problems, I believe you deserve a warm, empathic, compassionate and safe therapy experience. I see each person I work with as uniquely able to solve their own problems and accomplish their goals with the right support and counseling.
I have training in cognitive and cognitive behavioral, solution focused, family systems and psychodynamic approaches to therapy and counseling, as well as in mindfulness and relaxation training. The combination enables me to be very flexible and to vary the way I work to meet each person's individual needs and preferences.
Feedback from my clients and other professionals tells me that my clients find me warm, empathic and easy to talk to, and that the therapy is very helpful and effective.
