Most of us, through traumas in our past, have fragmented into scattered parts. As a defense from pain, we rejected and separated from these wounded fragments, leaving them somewhere behind in time. Our challenge in healing is to integrate these parts back into the present. I use simple techniques that easily help you to identify trauma, clear it and heal the wounds. After the trauma is released, one can recognize positive qualities and abilities that got left behind and reunite with them. From our wholeness, we can BE the joy and the love that we are and fulfill our purpose in life.
I counsel intuitively, addressing the physical, emotional and mental aspects of each individual. I like to work from the inside out, going to the source of issues within the mind, to make lasting changes that then become manifested in one's outer world.
We are multi-dimensional beings. Sometimes it is necessary to address the other dimensions or subtle energies within and around us that can impact how we think and feel. Unusual dreams, paranormal experiences, spirits or other phenomena can be traumatizing and misunderstood. I have clinical experience in these areas as well.
