RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING Do you want to improve your relationship? Are you feeling distant, uncared for, or not loved by your partner? I help couples from diverse backgrounds create happier and more loving relationships. I can help you alleviate conflicts as well as find solutions to improve communication and intimacy. I emphasize creating a safe environment to share your thoughts and feelings. I work in a collaborative way and encourage feedback to meet your individual needs. I work evenings, Saturdays, and afternoons; and offer services in English and Spanish. I'm located 1 block east of Highway One/19th Avenue at 1637 Irving Street.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY Working individually I can help you with current and past relationship issues. I can help you improve a relationship you are in now or help you heal the pain from losing a partner. I also offer EMDR, a method to help you process trauma from past relationships and childhood.
