Are you feeling on edge, keyed up or stressed out? Many of us react to stress in ways that were useful in the past. As we grow we find that these coping strategies are not as useful or productive today in our lives. I provide Individual Therapy to those who are experiencing these difficulties as well as issues in their relationships, work, and everyday life.
