| Practice Description: |
Suffering from stress, depression, anxiety? Feeling overwhelmed? Having serious relationship problems? If your answer to any of these questions is yes, I would like to help you. I'd do so by helping you find the solutions within yourself, that is, by helping you develop the unrealized potentials within yourself and your relationships. Maybe you need assistance in discovering these hidden possibilities. Or maybe you already know who you could become but are hindered by anxiety, depression, addictions, or harmful attachments. As you overcome these obstacles, you will start to feel better about yourself and about life.
People differ in what helps them most. Some benefit from talking to someone who reflects back to them who they really are. Others want help understanding why they have become who they are. Still others seek advice solving specific problems. And others want to learn various skills, like constructive communication and assertiveness skills. I enjoy most helping people who really want to change.
