Employee Assistance Counseling
Making changes in your life can be hard to accomplish - especially when you find yourself repeating the same patterns of behavior despite your best efforts not to. In therapy, you can improve your self-awareness, understand your emotional style, and learn new ways of relating to the important people in your life. Using these new insights, you can take the steps to make the changes you want, feel better about your choices, and be in charge of your life.
Since I started working in the behavioral health field nearly twenty years ago, I have helped many clients improve their personal well-being, relationships, and coping skills to meet the on-going challenges of daily life. I use a variety of techniques that are integrated to meet your specific therapy expectations. I offer both short-term and long-term counseling depending on your unique therapy goals, financial needs, and schedule.
I look forward to talking with you about your specific situation.
