In the comfort of my office, you will be able to focus on solutions. If you are willing to make some changes and participate in the process, you should be able to accomplish your goals successfully.
My past 30 years of experience, in a number of work settings, has given me the opportunity to deal with a number of life experiences.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I use an individual approach to help each person to reach their own goals. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, parenting issues, and bipolar disorder.
In working with children, I use play therapy as the primary way to help children to tell me their story and express their feelings and concerns. I am a Registered Play Therapist.

From North Austin: Take MoPac (loop 1) go south. Take the Rollingwood exit. Get into the middle turn lane at the light and turn left. Go straight through the light under the under pass and turn right onto Wallingwood Dr. In the middle of the block turn left at Timberline office condiminiums and then right immediately. The last building in the parking lot is building 1. Go into the middle door of the building and to the 2nd floor. Going down the hall I am the 3rd door to the right. #150.
