I am here to help you. I have been a therapist for twenty eight years and work with individuals, couples, families and children. Throughout my career I have successfully treated a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, addiction, chronic illness, family and relationship problems. Therapy helps one feel confident, happy and able to create and maintain satisfying relationships. I will work with you to identify your needs and accomplish your goals.
I deliver therapy with support, encouragement, humor and compassion. I view therapy as the pursuit of happiness, healing and growth.
In addition to my therapeutic skills, I have been a mindfulness practitioner for fifteen years. I can teach you how to calm and focus your mind and body and how to reduce stress. This can provide a solid foundation for peace and happiness.
