I can help you discover how to access your inner wisdom to improve how you feel in areas such as work, family and partner relationships. I believe that people already have inside them what they need to lead more satisfying lives and my professional experience shows that working with a marriage and family therapist can result in more rewarding ways to live.
In addition to working with individuals, couples and families I currently offer Women's Groups to increase self-esteem and assertiveness, to improve relationships and communications skills and to work through childhood issues, grief, loss and transitions, and other concerns. I have over 15 years experience in leading groups, facilitating workshops and teaching classes. I look forward to the opportunity to help you with what's holding you back from more fully enjoying life.
