| Practice Description: |
“Perhaps the greatest faculty our minds possess is the ability to cope with pain." P.Rothfuss- I will be concentrating on an interpersonal, individual, psychological approach to best suit you. Together, we will unearth long-standing, negative perceptions that could be holding you back from achieving your goals. I will assist you at better understanding your needs and how to achieve the emotional life you have wanted. In our initial sessions, the work will be devoted in assisting you at identifying the nature of the presenting problem. Following sessions will focus on a deeper pathway to emotional healing. My areas of expertise, which are multicultural and multi-lingual, have included working with individuals, couples, children and in family relationships.
