My practice is primarily fee for service. I have elected to limit my health insurance panels. Please call me to discuss my current fee. I do offer some sliding scale based on income and ability to pay. I encourage you to discuss fees with me, and if i cannot accommodate your needs I will assist you in finding appropriate referrals. |
