You will have an opportunity to develop ways to maintain your positive cognitions and to replace those that bring on depression and anxiety. The goal is to have a mind that is at peace and that can help you to adapt to life's changing circumstances.
EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) can be used to remove negative cognitions that are not easily accessed though regular cognitive therapy..

My office is Suite 200 which is the first door on the left as you enter the lobby.
