I help people find freedom from overwhelming anxiety, depression, obsession and compulsion. The drives to fill emptiness, mask fear, lessen pain, augment pleasure, deaden guilt or frustration can become powerful and seemingly inescapable cycles of abuse or dependence. People struggling with anxiety, depression and addiction need outside assistance to develop effective coping strategies and therapy to treat underlying issues.
Effects of trauma, severe mood & anxiety disorders, compound the recovery process. Over the past several years I've focused my professional development in these areas.
With nonjudgmental support and practical knowledge, I help people create healthy and sustainable ways to meet needs. The payoffs can be renewed abilities to fulfill potential, successfully manage emotions, better concentrate and derive greater satisfaction from life.
