I serve men and women struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety and problems in their relationships. I offer support and reflection in a safe, private environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. My perspective is that each session should provide relief and a sense of personal growth. I commit to my clients and offer them support, insight and reflection.
I work with individuals having problems as well as couples and families experiencing conflict. I can provide parenting consultations, couples work and family therapy when appropriate. I have experience helping parents through the range of issues brought by having and raising children, including postpartum depression, separation anxiety, stress and isolation.
My practice is built on respect for my clients and passion for my work. I strongly believe therapy makes our lives better. The connection between client and therapist is extremely important. I am available to answer questions and look forward to finding out if we are a good fit.
