| Practice Description: |
I believe that individuals have a great capacity to grow and change through therapy. My goal is to help patients better understand themselves by developing insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. To facilitate this process, I provide a safe and supportive environment in which counterproductive patterns of behavior are examined. I consider myself to be an eclectic therapist. My clinical training is in psychodynamic psychotherapy, yet I often utilize other approaches to meet the individual needs of my patients.
