Employee Assistance Counseling
As a supportive and skilled facilitator, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and ways to live purposefully and with enjoyment. While we can't change difficult situations in the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Therapy focuses on today's problems and tomorrow's concerns by identifying your strengths in areas where you want to improve. I am here to help you access your own insight into solutions that work for you. I integrate cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, interpersonal, humanistic and mind-body therapies. I specialize in trauma as a result of auto accidents, violent crimes, natural disasters, chronic abuse, and wars. Sometimes people need help after developing Post traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of these traumatic events. I also specialize in depression, anxiety, pain and anxiety issues.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
