I know that you want your life to be less full of conflict and more filled with satisfying, positive thoughts, feelings and experiences ---and I believe that if we work together I can help you to attain that goal.
Because I'm a Registered Nurse as well as a clinical social worker, people are comfortable talking to me about a variety of "personal" issues. I strive to be non-judgmental and accepting, and most people find me easy to talk to. Although therapy IS hard work, I find that there's always room for laughter.
I work with kids, teens, adults and couples, and also do supervision of other therapists.
