I am a certified Jungian analyst and licensed clinical psychologist in San Diego, California. I draw from a variety of treatment modalities in order to assist women and men who struggle with depression, anxiety, stage-of-life transitions, loss, feelings of emptiness, grief, blocked creativity, and relationship issues at home or work. Increased mindfulness, enhanced self understanding and a development of healthy coping skills are our goals as we work together in an atmosphere of confidentiality and trust. As a Jungian analyst, dream interpretation is an integral part of my practice. Dream analysis reveals the wisdom of the unconscious by focusing on the symbolism of dream images to access feelings and core issues in a context of deeper understanding. Whether experiencing emotional conflict or desiring personal growth, connecting to one's inner resourcefulness can facilitate insight in order to better navigate life's challenges and transitions. When clients indicate an interest, we work with spirituality and meaning in the context of their concerns.
