Are you struggling with anxiety? Does your mind jump from worry to worry? Do you sometimes wish you could quiet your brain, or at least slow it down? Perhaps you sometimes worry that it will overwhelm you... I'd like to help... You don't have to suffer; anxiety can be treated.
I help adults with anxiety worry less and live better. You can learn how to ease the worry, improve your sleep, get your energy back and feel good again.
I know that asking for help can be anxiety-provoking - and you were already anxious to begin with! But it can also be the first step toward lasting change.
