There are times in everyone’s life when they could use emotional support. The ability to reach out for professional help takes courage. It is the first step in learning how to take care of yourself. I specialize in helping people who feel depressed, stuck, lost, anxious or in an emotional crisis.
I view the client/therapist relationship as a team effort, not one where I am an expert on your life. I provide an open-minded, nurturing environment where you can feel safe to express whatever emotions you are having. We'll work together to heal emotional wounds that keep you behaving in the same destructive patterns, and keep you trapped in feelings of sadness, anger and fear, affecting your present day life and relationships.
