Are you feeling stuck and don't know why? Are you ready to make some changes in your life? I am an experienced, caring and intuitive counselor/coach who helps people have better relationships--with others and with themselves. Working with the right counselor can help you change your life and your relationships. You do not have to do this alone. Together, we determine how best to achieve your goals, even if you do not quite know what those goals are yet. I have helped many clients heal from life's blows, medical/dental trauma, childhood issues, parenting challenges, low self esteem, anger, regret/shame, underachievement and other self-defeating patterns. I also have worked with many people who simply want more out of life and/or they want performance enhancement coaching.
I will help you identify the areas of concern quickly, and collaboratively, we will find solutions and motivation to change. In my work with clients, I weave in many of the innovative therapies which enable people to move through their discomfort and anxiety faster than using traditional therapy only. I am certified in EMDR, which used in combination with talk therapy provides a vehicle for rapid processing of "stuck" negative beliefs, which often serve as blocks to becoming more of the person you were born to be. I also offer EFT and TFT which along with EMDR turbo charges therapy often resulting in achieving your goals in a much faster time frame.
I hear from my clients that they enjoy ways of working that are unique to their own individual personalities, dreams, goals, needs and aspirations. They also tell me that I am very easy to talk to. Life before my private practice includes: Highschool teacher and swim team coach, Hennepin County clinical psychologist and social worker, life coach, and director of a children's crisis home. I also am a parent of 3 adult children.

The building is located in the northwest corner of 78th Street and Market. The Klein Bank building shares a square block with the Chanhasseen Post Office and is two blocks east of Bylerys.
