| Practice Description: |
Are you struggling with relationship problems, anxiety, depression or stress? If so, perhaps therapy or counseling can help. Perhaps your relationship feels like it is not going anywhere? Maybe the level of stress has built up in your life and become your major concern. Perhaps you are stuck in a depression whose grip seems to never diminish. You may be suffering from insomnia, a feeling of being overwhelmed, or anxiety and panic have invaded your being. Perhaps you keep playing the tape in your mind of a past trauma that has stolen your ability to focus, concentrate and find happiness.
You don't have to live with the pain and struggle anymore. You can break through the vicious cycle and pattern of behaviors by seeking counseling. I offer both individual and marriage counseling that is collaborative and provides a safe environment where together through therapy we can explore and uncover solutions to your difficulties. Call me for a free fifteen-minute telephone consultation to find out more of how I can help you solve your problems.
I also provide therapy and counseling to those who are struggling with symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Through counseling you, your child or your spouse can find out how to work with the symptoms of ADD or ADHD and build a wonderfully supportive and healthy relationship with others.
I work with children, adolescents and adults. I work with couples who are struggling to assert their identities while preserving their relationship. I work with families who find themselves moving from one crisis to the next. Together we can establish communication skills that allow everyone to be heard while working towards a collaborative and harmonious goal.
Our therapeutic relationship can help you to embark on a journey towards deeper understanding of yourself and your relationship with others. By participating in counseling sessions, you will be guided towards health, satisfaction, accomplishment and a feeling of inner peace and tranquility. Please call me at 949-306-9565 or e-mail me or visit my website at anne@annemartintherapy.com.
