| Practice Description: |
Have you ever asked yourself, "Why does this always happen to me?"
Do you want more from your life and relationships? Do you have difficulty establishing boundaries with others (ie. saying "no")?
Do you feel depressed, insecure, anxious, "lost" or "stuck"?
How we feel about ourselves and think we should act can influence how successful we are at overcoming difficult situations and life transitions.
Together we will identify the thoughts and behaviors that contribute to your feelings of insecurity, anger, sadness, anxiety, shame, or disconnect.
You will experience an increase in self awareness, learn to identify and establish healthy boundaries and how to interrupt destructive thoughts and behaviors. My goal is to empower you and help you live the life you want to live.
Change is possible! Together we will find the meaning you are searching for in your life, and work towards enhancing your strengths and achieving your goals.
I specialize in communication and relationship issues. Whether you are entering into a new relationship, leaving an old one, wanting to reignite a current one or ruminate about your past ones, I can help you gain perspective, increase your ability to communicate effectively and improve your interaction with others.
Couples counseling is a way to learn about yourself in a relationship and how to interact with your partner in a healthy and positive way. Working together, we will focus on your relationship and enhance your Communication Tools and Conflict Resolution/ Conflict Management Skills.
I invite you to contact me for a phone consultation. We can determine if my services are a match for your needs. I look forward to hearing from you.
