As an experienced, skilled and compassionate professional, I will create a comfortable, supportive and reliable environment for you. This will enable you, at your own pace, to explore and resolve issues that may cause you dissatisfaction. I developed expertise in treating depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, ADD, ADHD, substance abuse, bereavement, relationship issues, parenting issues, behavioral issues, academic issues, psychosis and dual diagnosis (co-occuring mental health and substance abuse issues). Through my therapeutic work with war veterans, rape victims and other traumatized individuals, I developed specialized skills to address post traumatic stress disorder, also known as PTSD. As a result of the horrific events they witnessed or experienced, a traumatized individual may suffer from nightmares, anxiety, depression and other symptoms. As an experienced child therapist, I assist children to overcome their emotional and behavioral difficulties through play therapy, art therapy and storytelling.
I provide individual, couple, family and group psychotherapy for individuals of any age, ethnicity, race, gender, sexual orientation or religion. I will tailor my therapeutic approaches to suit your unique personality and your individual needs.
