Life and relationships can be tough. Are you facing difficulties in an important relationship? Are there personal issues you want to resolve?
You may be struggling with:
- intimacy in a romantic relationship

- being assertive with co-workers
- setting boundaries and saying no to others
My style is both insight-oriented and action-oriented. I help clients recognize patterns, clarify their goals, and come up with new approaches.
We’ll talk about your motivations, why you make the choices you make, how your experiences have shaped your views on relationships and life. And we’ll work out the changes that you want to make, which may involve taking on new perspectives, ways of thinking, behaviors, and interpersonal interactions. My role is to help you see your options, and encourage you to take those steps that bring you closer to the life you envision.
COUPLES wanting more in the relationship, but who feel stuck repeating the same conflicts, I want to help you:
- say what you want and need, in ways that your partner can hear
- recognize and change harmful patterns in the relationship
- heal from the pain and hurt
- develop new ways to interact that enhance intimacy
