My belief is that we all have the innate ability to find that path to peace. But sometimes, our path has been blocked by societal norms, childhood beliefs, and defenses caused by painful experiences. Anxiety, discontentment, anger, fear, depression, and all negative feelings are barriers to peace. These barriers become roadblocks in our path to peace. Since we don’t like negative emotions, we turn away and try to get as far away from them as possible. But if we’re going to find peace, we need to confront the roadblocks.
As a therapist, it’s my job to empower you with the tools you need to remove the roadblocks or learn how to navigate around them. By looking at behaviors and patterns, you can find your path to peace.
