At Seyler - Berkebile Marriage & Family Therapy we believe that through the context of a caring and supportive relationship, we can assist individuals, families, and couples in the difficulties they are experiencing. This process can bring about change by empowering you to make responsible connections with yourself, others and the environment in order to safely and effectively fulfill your needs. We utilize the Solution Focused Breif Therapy Approach where we will encourage you to talk about your thoughts, feelings and behaviors in a safe environment which you may explore in the present moment. Goals will be established that are co-created by you and your therapist, and therapy will focus on helping you find solutions to reach those goals.
