Practice Description: Do you feel like thoughts of food rule your life? Are you tired of constantly being on a diet, losing a little weight, and then gaining it right back (and sometimes more)? Does this pattern lead to feelings of hopeless that you'll never lose the weight? STOP!! You CAN feel better and END this maddening cycle!! I'd like to help.

I offer a comfortable and confidential therapeutic atmosphere that will help you feel relaxed and protected. This is a safe place to explore the areas in your life that are making you feel unbalanced and are most likely leading to emotional eating.

Soon, you’ll be able to face emotional challenges with confidence and not turn to food for solace or simply out of habit. The difficulty and frequency of these challenges will gradually diminish until eating differently will just be your new way of life!

If you think we may be a good "fit", then I encourage you to take a moment to read more about me on my website. Or, if you’re ready, you can email me at NataliaLGian@yahoo.com or call me at (512) 289-9409 for a free 15 minute consultation. This allows me to answer any additional questions you may have in a more personal way. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Warmly,

Natalia
