| Practice Description: |
Integrative Psychotherapy with Adults: Individuals, Couples, Groups I provide a safe and supportive relationship in which to explore your experience in the present moment. You will be listened to with respect, understood and empowered to be present, resourceful, authentic and kind. You don't have to be stuck, overwhelmed, anxious or isolated. I believe in your fundamental wholeness and your natural ability to grow. I listen to both the spoken word and to the body and non verbal expressions . You will learn a new way of relating to your internal world with awareness, acceptance and compassion toward yourself and others.
I am down to earth, interactive and empathic. My extensive training includes: psychoanalytic/psychodynamic therapy, somatically oriented psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapies and expressive arts therapy. Mindfulness is an integral part of my work. I am skilled in both short term and long term treatment. For information about the "Yes To Life!" group program, see my website, www.AlidraSolday.com.
