I invite you to release the "old stories" that define you and to open fully to what is most alive in you. My goal is to help you integrate your life experience so that you can re-create yourself in a new way. If you feel stuck, depressed, in repetitive loops of conflict, or you keep hearing your soul's whisper, I would be honored to participate with you in this process. I specialize in working with individuals and couples.
My role is to create the conditions that allow an honest exploration of the self to take place. It is in this environment of support and curiosity where transformation inevitably happens. The way I practice continually evolves. It could be described as eclectic or Integral, as I draw from body-mind practices, cognitive approaches, psychoanalytic understanding and eastern spirituality.
