My driving passion is to help people reach their highest potential and live the life they have always wanted. I work with people to assist them in understanding how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are creating a life that is not what they desire, and then help them to realize their potential by changing their thinking and behaving to create a better life, better coping skills, and better relationships.
I offer individual, couples, group and family counseling to children, adolescents and adults for general mental health issues, such as depression and adjustment disorders. My specialities include treating anxiety disorders, especially obsessive compulsive disorder, and substance abuse and addictions.
I offer day and evening appointment times throughout the week; Mondays 11am-8pm, Tuesdays 1 pm-8pm, and Thursdays 1pm-8pm
