| Practice Description: |
I am an experienced psychotherapist and psychoanalyst who can help you get more of what you want from your life. Typically, individuals seek therapy when they feel sad, worried or caught in what may seem like a hopeless situation, such as a failing love relationship, family disagreement, or frustrating work. You may need to deal with life changes that you find difficult and confusing. You may be concerned with personal behaviors that you are unable to control.
When working with a trained professional who is empathic and non-judgmental, you can explore patterns and develop useful insights. In therapy, you can become more self aware, learn new skills and make the changes you want. In addition to my formal training, I know what it is like to be a parent, a spouse, and to struggle in the corporate world.
I treat individuals and couples in a confidential, comfortable setting. I am available to discuss questions you may have in a free phone consultation before your first appointment.
My fees are reasonable and reimbursable by many insurance plans. Weekday, Saturday and evening hours can be scheduled. My office is conveniently located near public transportation.
