Marital crisis. You're in one and perhaps not sure how you and your partner got to this place. Perhaps you feel betrayed or thrown for a loop by your partner's discontent. Have you or he/she decided that the relationship is broken beyond repair? Have factors such as infidelity, infertility, addiction or financial issues contributed to the confusion you feel today?
Many couples don't agree on the "state" of the marriage. One of you may want to fight for the union while the other already has one foot out the door. One thing is certain: it is very difficult for couples to have meaningful dialogue when emotions are running so high. Maybe you have some hope for your future but need help cutting through the anger, pain and disappointment that have brought you to this crisis point.
I help couples (and individuals) sort through what can sometimes feel like an insurmountable mess. My focus in couples coaching is improving your communication and helping with future decision-making. I provide an unbiased and non-threatening environment for couples in crisis. My goal is to help you find a place where you can move from anger to understanding and confusion to stability while negotiating the next step in your lives.
