I practice mind-body medicine and provide counseling for people dealing with chronic illness or health challenges, and who want to be proactive in their healing and healthcare. Living with chronic illness is extremely challenging and many times people are facing choices about how best to help themselves heal, or are simply feeling lost and alone as they are trying to feel better.
Fortunately, people often have it within their power to make significant improvements!
My background as a physician, personal encounter with autoimmune illness, and specialized training for people living with chronic illness uniquely helps me understand your situation. We look at who you are and what you are facing, and we decide upon a plan. Together we put that plan into action to improve the quality of your life and help you heal.
